MEET THE FOUNDER

MIATTA JACKSON MBA, MSC.
FOUNDER & CEO | MANASSEH MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

With 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I have developed a broad range of expertise, skills, and knowledge that have enabled me to make significant contributions to hospital patient services, biotechnology, and pharmacovigilance. As a subject matter expert (SME) in Hospital Health Systems Spend Management, I have worked closely with senior leaders at member hospitals to provide cost-effective solutions, drive continuous process improvement, implement business intelligence systems, and deliver strategic recommendations that enhance both organizational performance and patient care. My extensive experience includes working internationally and domestically in the field of drug safety and clinical trial pharmacovigilance, adhering to both FDA and international regulatory standards to ensure safety and efficacy of medicines for the general public.
A Message from Our Founder

"My passion to invest in our future leaders through MMP is deep-rooted and stems from my background as a child of immigrant parents who found themselves lost in a system, they weren’t quite sure how to navigate. Through MMP, I now offer students what I lacked:

-
A village to support students through connections, exposure, and resources.
-
Insights from my diverse background, which has allowed me to walk similar paths, achieve success, and understand the cultural differences that make a student’s journey smoother.

As much as I love analyzing data, what truly excites me is the impact those insights have on organizations and communities. That passion led me to create MMP. We’re here to help students succeed, grow, and become the change-makers of tomorrow."
